Group Therapy
Group therapy allows people to express their feelings to each other and discuss their conflicts in a safe and neutral environment. It is a form of therapy that can be beneficial for families, teams, businesses, or other small networks of people.
Advantages of group therapy include that it can be cost-effective and that it provides a sense of community support, challenging the feeling that you are alone in the internal issue. A person in group therapy can also receive important insights from their peers.
Group therapy can sometimes be a highly-effective treatment modality for certain disorders including addictions.
